The role

As our Kindergarten Teacher you will be responsible for providing high quality early childhood education and care to children. 

Your core duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Developing strong relationships with children at the centre.
  • Fostering strong relationships which support and partner with families;
  • Implementing and upholding policies and associated procedures and practices of the organisation; 
  • Working with other staff to ensure continuous improvement in all areas of operations and service; and
  • Facilitating the implementation of contemporary, research-based practices.

What we need

We are looking for candidates with at minimum a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Teaching. While not essential, prior experience in a relevant role will be highly desired.

To be successful you will require outstanding verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with, staff, children and families. You must also be a personable and approachable individual who is passionate about children and their development. Furthermore, a clear understanding and appreciation for diverse cultural and language backgrounds will aid in your success.

Please note: You will require current first-aid and CPR certification and a Working With Children Check.
